Securing Your Appointment

To reserve your time in my diary, a 50% reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This holds your appointment exclusively for you and is non-refundable.

Facial & Lymphatic Treatment Appointments

All facial and lymphatic treatment appointments are prepaid in full at the time of booking via Square a 2.2% Square processing fee applies.

You are welcome to contact Maddy directly on 0410139644 for an invoice to avoid the fees or pay the 50% deposit - card will still need to be help on file. Please include Full Name, Number, Email and Booking request time/date.

For returning Facial & lymphatic treatment clients rebooking in studio, a 50% deposit will be taken in person to secure your next appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules

I require a minimum of 5 business days' notice (Tuesday–Saturday) for all cancellations and reschedule requests.

If notice is given within this window:

Your 50% reservation fee may be forfeited depending on how long the booking was held for (eg 4 weeks) or duration of treatment (eg 60 - 90 minutes)*

For prepaid appointments, 50% of the appointment value is forfeited and the remaining 50% will be held as a credit on file for 1 month.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within the month.

*Courtesy Reschedule

A one-time complimentary reschedule may be extended at the sole discretion of Cleanseē Studio, provided enough notice has been given OR If you wish to keep your deposit you are welcome to fill the appointment time with a friend or family member.

Appointment Changes

For changes to your appointment or appointment time a minimum of 48 business hours' notice is required (Tuesday–Saturday).

No-Shows

Failure to attend without notice will result in the full appointment price being charged.

Business Days & Notice Periods

Cleanseē Studio is closed Sundays and Mondays - these days are not counted as business days. For appointments early in the week, please ensure any changes are communicated by 12pm the prior Saturday.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience. We allow some time between bookings to prepare the room and offer a relaxing environment for all guests. Arriving on time helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule.

Late Arrivals:
If you’re running late, please send us a text message to inform us. We may be able to accommodate late arrivals up to 10 minutes; however, anything beyond that may shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next guest.

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

A Note From Me

As a one-woman studio, every appointment is prepared for with great care and intention. Each booking holds a space that is exclusively yours - and when changes happen at short notice, that time is very difficult to fill, often resulting in financial loss.

This policy exists so I can continue to show up for every person with full presence, tenderness, and integrity. I truly appreciate your understanding and your support of Cleanseē 🤍
