GUEST POLICIES AND CANCELLATION TERMS
At Cleanseē, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality care and service. To ensure that all of our guests have a seamless experience, we have established the following policies:
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total service cost. Your card details will be securely held for the duration of your booking.
Payment Method:
A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your card will be charged according to the cancellation terms outlined below.
Booking Confirmation:
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a reminder message a few days before your appointment. Please reply “YES” to confirm your attendance, or contact us if you need to reschedule.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES
Cancellation Window:
Guests must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the total service cost will apply. This policy allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our schedule effectively.
Late Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% fee of the service cost.
No-Show Fee:
Guests who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service (100%).
Rescheduling:
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment, but please ensure you do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience. We allow ample time between bookings to prepare the room and offer a relaxing environment for all guests. Arriving on time helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule.
Late Arrivals:
If you’re running late, please send us a text message to inform us. We may be able to accommodate late arrivals up to 10 minutes; however, anything beyond that may shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next guest.
EXCEPTIONS
We understand that emergencies can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
