Maddy has been doing my facials for years and there’s no one else I would trust with my skin. She never pushes products or services and only recommends what my skin needs/what it’s ready for. She examines your skin at the start of the appointment and provides a holistic and gentle approach to treating skin issues. When I decided to get off the pill to treat the root cause of my acne, I knew it was going to be a long journey. Maddy helped me every step of the way by providing treatments, products, plans and support via Instagram during my most severe flare ups. She also kindly referred me to Orenda naturopath who work side by side with Maddy to treat skin issues internally. They have both provided priceless education and extensive skin knowledge on healing the body and skin barrier which I am forever grateful for. Above all, Maddy has a beautiful kind and gentle personality/energy which makes you look forward to every appointment. The combination of the facial, massage and the calm environment works wonders to make your body completely release tension and stress which was a god send leading up to my wedding day. I decided to treat myself to a facial before my daughters wedding around March. After my first session I was so amazed at the experience. I’ve always had problems with dry skin, and acne bursts, especially around my chin and at one point a cluster of painful pimples that would constantly grow around my neck. Before seeing Maddy at Cleansee, I wore heavy makeup to cover up any lumps and bumps and would wake up with more every day. Since seeing Maddy, my skin has cleared up significantly - with her magic hands and her incredible skincare regimen she has me on, I’ve never had such clear healthy skin with such a natural glow.

I have been getting treatments from Maddy for nearly two years now. My skin has never looked better. I have been suffering from acne since I was 13 years old hence have lots of acne scares which was very difficult to treat. The treatment that Maddy provides and the products that she recommended i use really helped. I always had to wear makeup to cover my acne scares, blemishes and discolorations in the past. Now I don't have to yse as much make up and most of the time, I leave home without make up and don't feel uncomfortable as I know my skin looks good. Maddy is kind and funny and she makes my sessions really enjoyable.

This is no ordinary facial! Maddy has a kind, grounded and welcoming energy and although she’s technically taking care of your skin, you can feel that she is also taking care of your spirit. I have dealt with eczema my whole life and winter is always so drying and painful for my face. Maddy took the time to perfectly curate a treatment for me that was so soothing and relaxing for both my skin and my nervous system. Incorporating both facial and massage into the experience is truly unique. The room is beautifully set up, the bed is so toasty and cosy.
I woke up today and my skin has transformed after just one treatment. All the redness is basically gone and the skin feels stronger and more hydrated. Thank you so much beautiful Angel! I can’t wait for my next one 💕

On top of that, she is so skilled in her massage and knowing which areas to target just from a consultation.
